Day 1: Dress it up! Learn how to make your own salad dressings from scratch. Have fun decorating an artful vegetable plate. Day 2: What’s for breakfast? Enjoy a delicious, healthy breakfast. Make an omelet full of colorful veggies of your choice. Then make your own fruit smoothie and take a ride on the smoothie bike. Day 3: Make your own homemade bread and pizza. Get creative and choose a variety of fun and funky toppings to make a tasty pizza. Day 4: We all scream for ice cream. Get moving and shake up your own ice cream! Serve it with homemade fruit crisps and top it with fresh fruit. For ages eight-12.
